The Henley International Film Festival

The tastiest film festival ever!

Ever been watching a film and suddenly develop an unquenchable appetite for the food depicted The Henley International Film Festival (aka THE-HIFF), celebrates the synergy and marriage between film and food by staging a unique series of screenings in an innovative theatre, surrounded by their very favourite food stalls so that when that craving sets in, you are left satisfied and entertained! Watch and taste film like never before.

Whether you're into European Art Cinema or you like to lose yourself in a classic Hollywood hit, we have the film for you. Films include Ang Lee's Mandarin comedy, Eat Drink Man Woman, which displays a veritable feast of Eastern delights, and Meryl Streep and Amy Adams cook up a treat in Nora Ephron's recent Julie & Julia. And then there's the classic Breakfast at Tiffany's, the seminal Audrey Hepburn flick from the early 60s, and not forgetting the incredible comedy starring Kathy Bates, Fried Green Tomatoes and arguably the best food film ever, BIG NIGHT!

The HIFF was established to provide attendees with an enjoyable unconventional experience that can be enjoyed by film fans, food enthusiasts and everyone in between. All of the films as well as the foodies have been hand selected to provide you with a truly multi-sensory experience of the highest quality.
